The ultimate culmination of homeschooling high school is graduation. Some students may choose to begin working in their desired field, while many will choose to go on to college. My oldest son, Judah, is on the brink of college life.
Since his college orientation a few weeks ago, I have been thinking about what we need to equip him with before he goes off to college. Then I occurred to me that other moms are in the same situation. Whether your high school graduate is leaving home to live in the dorms or whether he is communting to college, there are items that will be helpful for him to have before begins.

Aside from the basics of shower items and caddy, text books, and mom's phone number on speed dial, I have a list of easy-to-forget items. Some of the items are ones that I wish I had thought of before I left home for the college dorm. So today I'm sharing my shopping list, plus a few extra items for dorm living and have included my affiliate links to give you ideas and help make shopping just a little easier.
And hopefully some of you will have helpful ideas, too. {I'm hoping I haven't forgotten anything!}
Shopping List for Your High School Graduate Before He Goes Off to College:
- Fish Out of Water

- A good Bible study~ LOTS to choose from! He may even find a good reading plan on You Version.

and probe covers
, decongestant
, ibuprofen, packets of chicken noodle soup & glass bowl with cover
for microwave (to cook the soup),

.
